In total the house would contain: 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, open concept living and dining, theater & billiards room, kitchen, laundry, study, and 3 car garage. The yard would contain: a pool, fountain, covered swing, pool shed, and outdoor bar and grill.
Some key inspirations are the Haunted Mansion at Disney World, and the house from the Scooby Doo Where Are You intro. Most of the interior elements were pulled from Hogwarts Castle with subtle touches of the Wizard of Oz.
If you look closely at the foyer sketches I tried capturing the design of the Wicked Witch's broom in the banister with the railing being inspired by the swirl in Munchkinland.
The dining and living space was modeled after the Great Hall in Hogwarts. The study would included a secret spiral staircase to the basement hidden behind the bookshelves. The extension on the study was a direction reference to the Haunted Mansion's conservatory that can be seen in Disney World.
